Xavier Turpin is currently Director of Multicultural Marketing at Dunkin’ Brands Inc. In less than six months, he has noticeably impacted the company’s multicultural efforts by increasing the company’s commitment to and focus on targeting the various multicultural groups – with an initial focus on Hispanic – in order to generate incremental sales and revenue across the board. Understanding how America’s face is changing to a more diverse profile nationwide, Xavier spearheaded the effort to embed a multicultural inclusion model throughout the entire marketing organization, and not focus efforts solely on the multicultural marketing department.
Xavier brings to Dunkin’ a diverse experience that extends more than 25 years developing and successfully executing International and Multicultural strategies and business development plans. His comprehensive executive experience ranges from strategic business planning to all aspects of marketing, promotions, sports sponsorship marketing, B2B/B2C/retail marketing and new product development. He has led emerging markets initiatives for leading companies like Vertis, Makita, Bellota/Corona and Fiskars. He actively participates in the Association of National Advertisers (ANA) where he takes an active role as a member of the Multicultural Marketing & Diversity Committee.
