Mario Fraticelli serves as Director of Editorial Operations for ESPN Deportes Digital. In this role, Fraticelli is responsible for the editorial content, style, and operation of the network’s digital unit. Managing an editorial team across the globe, Fraticelli oversees the overall strategy while leading the effort to produce and program original content across platforms.

Fraticelli oversaw ESPN Deportes' social media brand pages. In that role, he managed the overall communications strategy to drive tune-in via digital content while designing and leading the Social TV strategy during key sports events on ESPN Deportes (Social TV).

Under his leadership, ESPN Deportes has won several Social TV awards:

-        2014 Best Social TV for TV Show Specific Sports (One Nación Show on ESPN)

-        2014 Best Connected Social TV & Best Sports Latin Social TV Awards (2013 NBA Finals on ESPN Deportes)

-        2013 Best Sports Latin Social TV Award (Pacquiao vs. Márquez IV Social Media coverage by ESPNDeportes.com)

Fraticelli joined ESPN in 2008. He graduated in 1994 from the University of Sagrado Corazón (USC) with a Bachelor of Arts in Communications; in 2005, he received a Master's in Science Management from Colorado Technical University (CTU).
