I am Dominican and grew up in Washington Heights, New York City. I've been a personal trainer for 5 years now and also been working as a Brand Ambassador for different companies throughout the country. I've always had a passion for Sports and Fitness where I spent most of my time growing up playing basketball all around the city. After high school I started working with the fitness company City Gym Boys being on the Dr. Oz show, working with several celebrities, and being invited to the White House to name a few great things we did. Most of my life I've been interacting with people which is something I enjoy. I always loved being in front of the camera and lately doing it myself for Instagram and Vine making comical videos creating different characters doing or saying random things that comes to mind. It has been a great hobby for me that's been getting a lot of positive feedback which I'm thankful for. I encourage people to always keep a positive attitude and really believe that the people around you can feed off of that energy. I take a lot of pride in putting a smile on someone's face. Always remember, motivation is what gets you started but discipline and dedication will keep you going!
