Alejandro has over 14 years of marketing experience working with Multicultural consumers from the client, agency and media sides. In his current role at Brown-Forman he is works closely with brands such as Jack Daniel’s Tennessee Whiskey, Jack Honey and El Jimador Tequila in the development of short and long term multicultural marketing strategies and is responsible for the creation and activation of multicultural programs that are growing Brown-Forman’s share among high-growth multicultural consumer segments. With the multicultural consumer recognized as a key driver of business growth in the U.S., effectively targeting this consumer segment is a key business imperative for the company.

Prior to joining Brown-Forman, Solorio worked for Elemento L2 in Chicago, IL, where he served as Marketing, Brand Strategy and Business Development Director. Previously, he was Marketing Manager for Chicago Tribune’s Hoy. He also held positions with Cuarto Rojo Consulting, Construmex, a subsidiary of CEMEX, Inc and CEMEX Mexico.

Solorio holds an Executive Master of Business Administration degree from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and a Bachelor of Arts degree in business administration and marketing from Universidad Panamericana in Guadalajara Mexico.

He lives in Louisville Kentucky with his wife and daughter.
